The main properties of these Conveyer Belt Mesh is  realized in different shapes and with different wires and straps, are: great reliability in the long run with a tested wear resistance and great capability to work at high temperatures up to 1.200°c, in presence of strong mechanical stress, in aggressive environment too and in presence of slipping of process lubricants.

The choice of the right conveyor belt capable to solve correctly and satisfactorily the horizontal handling of industrial components, starts from the selection of the raw material quality that could be : 

Carbon steel 

Galvanized carbon steel 

Stailess steel aisi 304 

Special steels and alloys high temperature resistant 

The type of mesh, dimensions of wire or metal strap, the edges finishing are the technical elements to be defined considering the plant on which the belt has to be installed and in consideration of the characteristics of goods handled.
